What is the ADHD Owner’s Club?

Owner’s clubs are built around the things people care about. Cats. Vintage cars. Quirky hobbies. They are spaces to swap enthusiasm, advice, frustrations with those who share the same thing.

When it comes to ADHD, if you’re curious, confused, coping, crashing out or coming to terms, the ADHD Owner’s Club is open to you.

You may have been diagnosed with ADHD.
You may suffer from it.
You may struggle with it.

But have you ever felt like you owned it?
How would it feel if you did?
What tips, tricks and funny stories would you share with others?

We’re just starting out, and still figuring things out while we grow. But that’s the point I suppose.
