What Is ADHD Coaching?
ADHD coaching helps you get things done and feel better for doing them.
It’s about planning, productivity, and understanding how you work best.
We'll work together to:
Find out what’s getting in your way
Build habits and routines that fit your life
Reduce shame and self-blame
Set goals that feel possible and meaningful
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s built around you.
How Is Coaching Different From Therapy?
Therapy often looks at your past. Coaching focuses more on what you want now, and what’s getting in the way.
That said, coaching with me is not just surface-level. I’m training in psychotherapy too. So if emotions, patterns, or old wounds show up, we can talk about them safely. We won’t ignore the deeper stuff.
Why Work With Me?
There are many ADHD coaches. Here’s what makes my approach different:
ADHD isn’t just about “time management.”
It’s also about emotions, overwhelm, motivation, and how hard it can be to trust yourself.
We’ll work with your whole self.
Beyond the part that may be struggling. You’re not broken. You’ve probably been trying hard for a long time and I respect that.
We’ll work at structure and depth.
Some sessions are about planning your week. Others might touch on big life questions. Both are welcome.
